Chimney Repair
We carried out a drone survey of a roof on a vacant building, and we found the chimney to be in total disrepair. It was becoming a safety issue to the public and allowing a serious amount of water ingress. Together with our skilled contractors, we were able to rectify the issue safely with minimum disruption. Old chimney was dismantled & disposed, allowing us to rebuild a fresh new chimney stack and render on completion.
Garden Maintenance
A neglected garden can be very unsightly, but it can be a chance for illegal dumping on many vacant overgrown sites, it can also lead to a breeding ground for rodents. A well-maintained space is less attractive for dumping. Some examples below of before/after photos, following recent inspections.
